The Role

We’re looking for a full-time experienced Property Manager who knows how to balance people, operations, and the realities of Condo management specialized in high-rises to join our team.

What You’ll Do

  • Ensuring all activities comply with provincial legislation related to third‑party property management.
  • Supporting and upholding company policies, procedures, and operational expectations.

  • Supporting councils with clear communication, practical recommendations, and timely follow‑through.
  • Addressing operational issues proactively and helping stakeholders navigate challenges with professionalism and clarity.

  • 3+ years of experience managing condominium properties or similar portfolios.
  • A valid driver’s license and comfort traveling between sites.
  • Confidence using web‑based tools and property management software.
  • A desire to grow your career through increasing responsibility and ongoing learning.
  • Progress toward an RCM designation (or interest in pursuing one) — considered an asset.
Why Join Us

We want people to feel supported, valued, and able to do their best work. You can expect:
  • A comprehensive health, medical, and dental benefits package
  • Paid personal time off
  • A work environment with autonomy and trust
