We have an immediate vacancy for an energetic, self-starter individual with strong communication skills and a positive attitude for concierges in high-end residential towers in Coal Harbour. This position is for 3 shifts per week, 3pm to 11:30pm, Friday, Saturday and Sundays.

Job Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all residents
- Conduct Access control
- Answering phone calls & receiving packages when required
- Interior & exterior patrols as required, including but not restricted to parking lots, stairwells, hallways, common area facilities
- Answering all resident questions
- Providing excellent customer service
- Coordinate with onsite contractors as required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must be available to work afternoon/evenings
- Previous concierge experience an asset
