Our Tribe Management division specializes in strata and rental management services, supporting the day-to-day operation of residential and mixed-use properties.
We’re hiring an Accounts Payable Clerk for our Delta office. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with numbers, likes structure, and takes pride in getting the details right.What this role offers

What you’ll be doing
- Enter and process invoices accurately and on time
- Prepare and post invoice batches
- Maintain vendor records and keep information up to date
- Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies
- Support cheque runs and payment processing
- Post pre-authorized payments and maintain documentation
- Provide general administrative support as needed
What we’re looking for
- Organized, reliable, and detail-focused
- Comfortable working with high-volume, routine tasks
- Strong communication skills
- Able to manage deadlines and work independently
What you bring
- 1+ year of Accounts Payable experience
- Post-secondary education in accounting, finance, or related field (preferred)
- Strata or property management experience is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems
Please note this is not a remote position and you will be required to work in the Delta office.
